Details of the July Apiary Visit have now been confirmed:
Sunday 22nd July at 2pm
Location: Kay and David Stevens’ Apiary, Levisham meet at Janet and Robin’s first, The Hall, Levisham YO18 7NL
Parking will be along the road. Enter on foot through the archway. For the second part of the apiary visit is at Grove House, Levisham Station. It is probably best to share lifts as the road down to the Station is single track with few passing places and can be a bit of a surprise with a drop down the Slack on one side as you come over the cattle grid. There will sufficient parking space available at Grove House. Following the hive inspection there will be Tea and cakes on the terrace with luck there may be the occasionally passing steam train.
